As a Recruiter on our team; your role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. You’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent to meet our client’s organizational needs. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and processes will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s growth.

Specific Skills
  • 1+ years experience in recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other software tools
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
Responsible For
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
  • Reach out to candidates through emails, phone calls, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position and coordinate/conduct interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, and assist in the onboarding process.
